Dan wrote a program that would probe Web sites to check if they are vulnerable to fairly simple hacker attacks. He's thinking of running his program on 2000 Web sites and publishing a summary of the results (without mentioning sites by name) to alert the public and the business world to the problems. He knows you just took a computer ethics course and asks you for advice. Discuss the ethical issues. Who are the stakeholders? What are the relevant risks, responsibilities, obligations? Give at least one argument for each of the three positions: that Dan's plan is professionally and ethically obligatory, that Dan's plan is acceptable, or that Dan's plan is ethically prohibited. Ethical issues that one faces are privacy issue , abuse over social media , unethically busting out on someone without any reason or even discrimination and harassing someone on any basis that anyone facing over the internet . Over time more we evolve more there is greater chance of someone being judged and trolled for whatsoever reason just because an indivdual is approachable over internet and anyone can put their opinion or thoughts. Major stakeholders taking  part in such activities are ones who likes to criticize everyone without even knowing the actual facts. So called critics have habit of critcising everyone.

Relevant risks are device crashing down when unwanted virus is detected this may lead to crashing system or all the important documents may get deleted . In that case installation of antivirus can protect device from any further damage. Things to keep in mind is while attaching device scanning device while linking so if there is any file that contains virus can be detected and file can be deleted thereby.

Case 1 : Dan's plan is professionally and ethically obligatory as building a code and spreading awaraness is considered ethically correct . It may not be professionally best option as publishing a summary of sites without mentioning site name is conisdered against the law and  rather than running program on 2000 websites , Dan should create a blog includes his code there thus promoting and making others aware.

Case 2 : Dan's plan is acceptable till the time plan is executed well and both implementation and execution done in right way makes a plan successful and here acceptance comes adding some more inputs in this situation.
