In terms of transaction processing, converting will initially make it slower but will be faster in the long run. The possible outcome will depend on the adaptability of the organization. 

The organizational structure will initially be unstable due to employees' fear of redundancy due to the computerized system. The computerized system will enable the employees to have a more specialized function. In terms of the processing, it will be initially slower in the computerized system when compared to manual system because there is a learning curve. Once the organization has sufficient experience and competence in using the system, it will be undoubtedly be more efficient and faster when using the computerized system. 

The outcome will depend on the adaptability of the organization because computerized systems enable organizations to be more efficient thus being responsive to customers. This will make acquiring more customers easily and also retaining the current customers.
