These are effective for the greatest communication difficulties because we can not alter the nature and performance of individuals so, these can simply constitute barriers to effective communication.

The most difficult to improve the barrier of communication is value considerations. Value considerations are a cause of sound when a recipient decides the value of a sender's information before the sender has completed conveying it. Usually, such value considerations are based on the recipient's prior familiarity with the sender or with comparable kinds of interactions. Value considerations are most difficult to change because it commences in the capacity of the recipient and he gets what he or she needs before the sender conveys the information and observe before obtaining the information.
