Answer : The use of  hard technology domestically is they providing and developing systems and applications that can be use to innovate the traditional processes like the accounting system, before we use manual accounting of each account records of bank clients, but now because of the developed accounting system, like SAP, all the accounts and applications to do are already inputed in the system in processing of different transactions which are made easier and faster because of this new develop systems. But in a broader sense, this development in accounting systems are also use accross countries and all over the world. Some countries buy developed accounting systems in the same developer and use it in their own countries, that is why we are now able to transact by transferring remittances and money thru different kind of online platform that is commonly used by interrelated countries. For example, Paypal, PayPal is a system develop to transfer money from one person to another regardless of where the seller and the receiver is residing. Meaning, hard technology upgrades also the communication and relation of different countries by using this kind of applications they developed. Everyone now can easily send money to their love ones or even pay online purchases even though they differ from currency. Moreover, trading accross the globe are enhanced and made easier because of the hard technology. 

Identify the technology barriers that Tmobile faces in both environments

Tmobile having security barriers in domestic environment because we all know that money transferring apps are prone to leakages and Hacking and this cases mostly happens domestically. On the other hand, Tmobile also have some communication issues regarding the transferring or trading because not all countries have the same signal strength and Internet connection that is why there are delays in receiving and appearing of the amount subjected before the receiver claim the money transferred. 

Discuss how Tmobile can overcome these barriers.

Answer : Tmobile should strengthen their system security by providing anti viruses preventing hacker's to decrypt the whole system. Mostly, people living in the same area or country do the Hacking activities. Hence, Tmobile also can overcome the signal and communication barriers by mandating the other branches across the globe to acquire the best Internet service provider to those countries that use their hard technology and also keeping them updated every time that the system will upgrade or if there are changes to be done. They should also have some contingency plans and System procurement in order to address miscommunication and misappropriation of the system. There must also have a notice prior to the date of the said changes. 

Evaluate the strategy used and how tmobile should protect its technology

Answer : The strategy use is very effective and futuristic. It is also feasible and also achievable and doable. But Tmobile should not forget about security threats that is the most relevant and most dangerous aspect that they should look up to since hard technology is very vulnerable to that problem. Tmobile can protect its technology by providing strong systems security and also keep upgrading because innovation is the key to have loyal users and more potential users that leads their technology to be known and achieve its goal to be on the top.
