1A. The nurse can tell Bob and Peggy that puberty is the physiological process whereby the body of a child matures into an adult body such that it is capable of sexual reproduction. However these changes are initiated by hormonal changes of gonads. for a boy some of the physical changes includes growth of hair in various body parts such as the armpits, chest and the public part, the testicle enlarge, sweating in the armpits, Pimples appear on the face and the skin become more oily ,Voice become louder and low pitch. However, are released by Gonadotropin releasing hormone which is then secreted by the hypothalamus
B. Some of the integumentary changes that occurs in the in adolescence and that Jeff may experience is that integumentary changes are released by Testosterone hormone and also the skin changes are being included. These changes increases the armpit sweating from the sweat gland and sebum production. in addition it results in a growth of axillary as well as the public hair. More sebum is made by Overactive sweat glands resulting to clogging of the pores with bacteria, excess oil and dead skin cells. Also the skin darkens as a results of production of melanin.
C. During puberty psychological changes are the emergence of the growing ability of absorbing that viewpoints of others, the development of sexual and individual identity, abstract thinking and increase ability to introspection. In puberty, cognitive change are the start of more complex process of thinking, the ability to think from unknown principles as well as thinking about possibility. Therefore improvement in the ability to think basically usually happens in memory, speed processing, attention, metacognition as well as organization

Teresa is in teenage stage whereby children usually tend to conduct activities that are being done by their friends such that they want to associate in the same group. therefore , despites being a strict parents they can however be friendly to them to enables them discuss their perceptions and feelings with them hence guiding them becomes very easy.

During adolescence stage , as a results of hormonal changes that occurs in the body, children becomes experimental and curious concerning themselves as well as the opposite sex and therefore leads to the development of such behavior. Therefore parents need to direct them in a frank manner and keep on track on their friends and even their activities. They need not to be harsh on them since they will start to avoid them.
C. Also it is as a results of the role confusion and the hormones such that they feel that they are more mature to handle various situations. However, whenever they face rejections from both the parents or family members, they start becoming violent. Therefore provide a specific reason for what is being denied to them and encourage them that failures are part life and that they need not to give more pressure on their studies or any competition
