1A. The nurse can tell Bob and Peggy that  puberty is the physiological process whereby  the body of a child  matures into an adult  body such that it is capable of sexual reproduction. However these  changes are initiated by  hormonal changes  of gonads. for a boy some of the physical changes includes  growth of hair in various body parts such as  the armpits, chest and  the public part, the testicle enlarge, sweating in the  armpits, Pimples appear on the  face  and the skin become more oily ,Voice  become louder  and low pitch. However,  are released by  Gonadotropin  releasing hormone which is then secreted  by  the hypothalamus

B. Some of the integumentary changes that  occurs in the  in adolescence and that Jeff may experience is that integumentary changes  are  released  by Testosterone hormone  and also the skin changes are being included. These changes  increases the  armpit sweating  from the sweat gland and sebum production. in addition it  results in a growth of  axillary as well as  the public hair. More sebum is made by  Overactive  sweat glands  resulting to  clogging  of the pores with bacteria, excess oil and  dead skin cells. Also the skin darkens as a results of  production of melanin.

C. During puberty psychological changes are the emergence of  the growing  ability of absorbing  that viewpoints of others, the development  of sexual and individual identity, abstract thinking and  increase ability to introspection. In puberty, cognitive change  are the start of  more complex process of thinking, the ability to think from unknown  principles as well as thinking  about possibility. Therefore  improvement in  the ability to think  basically usually happens in  memory, speed processing, attention, metacognition as well as organization

2 A. Teresa is in teenage stage whereby children usually tend to  conduct activities that are being done by their friends such that they  want to  associate in the same group.  therefore , despites being a strict parents they can however be friendly to them  to enables them discuss their  perceptions and feelings  with them  hence guiding them becomes very easy.

B. During adolescence stage , as a results of hormonal changes  that occurs in the body, children  becomes experimental and curious concerning themselves  as well as the opposite sex and therefore  leads to the development of such behavior. Therefore parents need to direct them in a frank manner and  keep on track on their friends  and even their activities. They need not to be harsh on them  since they will start to avoid them.

C. Also it is as a results of  the role confusion and the hormones such that they  feel that they are  more mature to  handle various situations. However, whenever they  face rejections from both the parents or family members, they start  becoming violent. Therefore provide a specific reason  for what is being denied to them and encourage them that  failures are part  life and that they  need not to  give  more pressure on their studies or any competition
