With reference to the roof plan, you will need to perform the following tasks:
a) Using the Cordell estimate titled 'Roofing (CPCCBC5002A)', Develop an estimate with cost centres for the roofing works, including labour, materials, plant and subcontractors. If there is any information not provided on the plan, then you are required to include your own inputs.
b) Determine three examples of cost related risk relevant to this project, and compare the estimated risk against the estimated costs.
c) Make a pessimistic cash flow projection for the roofing, including critical financial phases, and a corresponding contingency plan. The pessimistic cash flow should consider time risk and cost risk

b) To project and track spending for the roofing, you will need to develop a schedule of spending and implement expenditure controls for the work team.
