The current team can design the software but we need to add people to the team that can build the software. We will need to hire a team of skilled software developers. The higher their skill, the faster we can deliver the program designed. The programming expert and the interface design expert will need to interview the new team members. Once we have hired the team they will work with the database administrator and assign a project manager to oversee the timeline and release. Therefore for this new software, we need a project manager and a team of software developers.

Once the project was completed, I would evaluate the team members by assessing the results of our software release as it relates to time to completion. If the timeline were on schedule, then the project performance would be evaluated as high. If there were many missed deadlines, that would affect the evaluation for my team members. Additionally, I would want to evaluate the team by having the results of the budget and scope. Of course, if the budget, time, and scope of our software release remained as planned then the evaluation would be of a top-performing team.
