Answer:

It is important for the human services provider positions in schools to be highly professionalized because this is a high-demand field. One must be fully qualified to help those that need help. By this it means; a counselor,Psychologist and social worker all are important in adequately helping people with advice, counseling, mental health and talking about their problems. These types of people are specialized in the area of "help". A psychologist studies the brain and mind, so is able to successfully help those with mental issues-mental problems. A counselor specializes in helping people by providing counseling sessions. Counseling sessions are therapy, and do indeed help many who are struggling with problems. It's easy to provide "help" or "assistance", however it isn't easy to deal with people who are mentally unstable. This is why it's better if a professional deals with them. They have more training, and more experience. A Master Degree Or Doctor's Degree signifies that the person whom obtained it, has a specialty in that particular field. Human service providers also need to be highly professionalized because they are dealing with many people, dealing with people's problems, and are the "support system" for a person or for many people. In life, it is important to have people who are willing to help other's with their problems.

I think it's important because counseling, psychologists, and social workers are important in many people's everyday life. It is essential for someone who needs help to receive help from a professional, or from a "master" of that field. Anyone is able to "help", or "give advice" to others, however those with a Masters Degree or Doctor's Degree are the best of the best in this filed! They spent their whole life getting to where they are. It is clear they those people want the best for people, and that they want to help people. Also, it's better if someone who needs help gets it from a highly accredited person!
