1.   We have all had times where it was necessary to balance work and personal or family time. Give an example of a time when you had too many things to do in both areas of your life and describe how you went about prioritizing your time.

Our day becomes productive if we know how important in balancing our life priorities towards personal, family, and even in work. One example is when my child asks me for assistance regarding his/her studies but as a teacher, I also need to prepare for tomorrow's class. From my situation, To manage my time, I should start to prepare for tomorrow's class early, in that way it won't consume a lot of my time at home— a time that should be intended only for my family. Hence, by setting priorities earlier that it could as much as possible, so if that may happen, I can use my allotment for preparing myself either at work or at home.

2.   Describe how a person approach a complex or difficult problem.

One way to approach a complex or difficult problem is to be aware of the consequences. Knowing the possible outcome, either good or bad outcomes will give you a heads up no matter what resolutions/options the person will choose. In other words, a person should not stick to the thinking that everything is good, but rather always think that it is good in everything.

3.   How do you handle it when a person is interested in some subjects more than others?

We can't deny the fact that sometimes we are looking more than what we have in the present just to make sure we can do something more in every single moment in our time especially if we are more interested in it. Knowing that the subject that gave an interest to a person is an advantage, I can use it as a springboard to teach other subjects. With that being said, in that way, I will capture the interest of that person more and express more than what I have to share at a normal pace. Hence, it is also the best time for me to identify his/her capacity and eagerness in learning while guiding through the subjects.

Step-by-step explanation

I based my answer on my personal experience as a teacher and/or a breadwinner in my family.
