There has been this one instance wherein I was in the supermarket grocery shopping. After, going around and checking out the list I made for the stuff we need in our house, I realized that I forgot to put 'milk' in the list. I then went ahead and go to the milk section aisle and started looking for the type of milk that I usually buy for my brother. I searched the whole aisle and was not able to see what I was looking for. After a few minutes I gave up looking for it. Until I came across one of the grocery staff and tried to ask her if the milk that I was looking for is still available, and if so, where could I find it. First, she stared at me intently, not uttering a word. It was only after a minute when she asked what I was looking for again. I repeated what I said, and she rolled her eyes and pointed me in the direction of the other milk variants, I looked at where she pointed. She then started saying that they are trying to change the arrangements of the grocery products. She used a tone that was not pleasant, and it felt as if she got frustrated that I was asking her that question. I thanked her for helping me out, unenthusiastically, as it was frustrating getting an answer like that after trying to ask for help nicely.

I immediately thought to myself that she was rude and that she should not do that to anybody specially to customers. It was inappropriate and I did not want to be talked to that way.
