Your task is to form a report to your manager at the company you have decided to work for. the purpose of the report is to propose and justify the solution(s) to the selected challenge. The report needs to explain what the solution(s) is/are and how it/they will help address the challenge and benefit the company. it also need to justify the associated time and cost, if applicable. your report should include some kind of comparative analysis of different solutions that could suit the company - don't just choose one solution and expect your manager to approve it. A good proposal generally provides at least three possibilities and one or two recommendations. your goal is to have your manager approve your proposed solution(s).

The company called XYZ LTD. is going through a tough time facing some challenges. In my opinion, financial management can be considered as one of the major challenges faced by most of the organizations in recent days where this company also need to look after it. The solutions recommended in order to look after this challenge are;

• We need to maintain our cash flow. For that we need to plan ahead and forecast the future cash flow as well.
• we should be able to organize as well as prioritize the payments .
• we need to communicate frequently as well as effectively in order to maintain the transparency as well as discuss in time regarding the crisis management.

If we can look after this challenge and be able to get rid of; then we can benefit a lot from it such as it will help a lot in making decision, help in maintaining accountability, can also help to track the expenses, can help to generate future wealth, can help to overcome the debt, can help to raise the amount of profit, and can help to assure the growth of the business.
