In order to orient my teams to meet the unique family needs for building a house for a family with a child who uses a wheelchair, I will ensure that I build super team that is responsible for special tasks such as the one that will address the needs of the disabled child on wheelchair. Building a super team of experts trained only for particular special tasks will help in reducing poor quality deliverables and delay the project leading to risks of increased costs. This team will not be affiliated with any particular tasks in the project; rather, the team would only be concerned with performing the target task of ensuring that the house is designed to meet the requirements for the disabled child.

Ensuring that team members understand the requirements
