The change correlated with change models by having a clear definition of the changes and structuring them to conform to the goals and objectives of the organization. It also examined the possible outcomes at various levels of the organization to determine the areas that might need interventions to address the impacts. Lastly, it also involved training programs that ensured workers receive adequate training to develop the necessary skills required to carry out operations after implementation of the changes.
