In the previous discussion question this week we stated a research problem and defined what data we would collect to answer the research question. We defined our variables and if each of these were quantitative or qualitative. Let's take that a step further. What level of measurement are your variables? There are four levels of measurement. Nominal, ordinal, interval and ratio. Will the type of data collected make your research more difficult because of the level of measurement? How can you affect that?
