Describe a 'norm' as used in the text in your readings this week of that culture that is different from yours. If you know someone of another culture, ask them, or tell us from your experience. If you don't have any experience with other cultures, do a little research and tell us something that you've read. For example, in certain cultures it is perfectly normal to be late, almost expected.
