Thinking or understand at organistaional level is influenced by lot of factors that may be internal or external factors. the cognitive bias is simply defined as error or deviation in thinking about the individual or work done in the form of irrational and misjudgements. there are more than 50 cognitive bias which are identified and among them cognitive bias at work place inlcudes irrational understanding and thinking of performance, attitude and functionality which is subjective in nature.this is because of mis interpretation and process of information. for example fundamental attribution error is attributing others or other activities based on our internal characterstics rather than their circumstances.sometimes at organistaional level it may be because of confirmation bias, at organisational level the perception comes in to picture where we tend to perceive other as lack of skill and knowlegde that we attribiute to its performance levels.so to overcome this cognitive bias in judging other we need to take in account of information why people involve in such behaviors.there after diagnose the situation and history, then have a proper ommunication that leads to establish the bond and people will reciprocate properly that what exactly the cause of the behavior, so take advice or counseling services to overcome cognitive bias.
The other perspective is to challenge the orrational thoughts and behvaiors among individuals to over come the cognitive bias, if its with the own thinking we must analyse the situationa and understand the consequenes of it.
