2. Images - It is based from our personality, out looks or images will be based on our personality. We can be dressed and act casually.
3. A loose, rambling style - We can use the way and style of communication we want to.
4. Loudness - Again, personal communication allows us to talk according to how we like to, we can rise in volume and gossip sometimes.
5. Many useless words and phrases - Personal communication sometimes has no serious subjects or we use when we talk to our friends, so we can use phrases or words that we want to make us feel comftable.

Characteristics of Professional Communication:

1. Serious tone - Professional communication requires us, to talk professionally with a proper, clear and serious tone as sign of formality and professionalism
2. Plain, straightforward text - We must avoid, irrelevant and unnecessary topics and keep straightforward to the topic we need to convey.
3. Very formalized - This requires us use the most formal words we can, to have a formal and professional conversation.
4. No kidding around - Unlike the personal communication, Professional communication don't allow jokes or humor, because we are talking serious matters and also as sign of professionalism.
5. No fillers - We must be concise and careful in talking professionally, We must avoid filler words and get directly on point.

2. Interaction - Both allows people to have an interactive communication, just differs in ways of communication.
3. Politeness - Both requires us to communicate politely, to avoid miscommunication and interpretation.
4. Preciseness - Both requires us to communicate confidently, to avoid confusion and have an effective communication.
5. Comprehension - Both requires us to comprehend and understand what we're talking about to have same understandings and meet at the topic.
