In order to get in to the plinth of success, one must not just acquire the fundamental knowledge of understanding human behavior but also having skills and expertise in some other managerial functions such as planning, organizing, understanding the market trends and competition are all other factors which are crucial to achieving organizational goals. So much skills must be acquired in order to become an effective manager, soft skills and hard skills are the foremost abilities that one must secure. Hard skills are something that are very technical that requires mastery on a certain field. Soft skills are natural for human that needs to be honed or sharpened. To check if the manager has a good soft skills, he must be excellent in building an outstanding relationship towards the people that he’s working with.
