Assignments: Assignments are due each Tuesday at 6 p.m. Late assignments will be accepted but there will be a 20% reduction from the total points possible for each class period the assignment is late. Late means after 6 PM on Tuesday. The assignments will be “Reaction Papers” to facility visits based upon the following criteria:
1) How many staff were working? Too many, too few, just right?
2)Was the staff attentive? Were you greeted when you arrived, etc.
3)Was the facility clean? Check all locations to include the restrooms
4)Physical flow of the Facility? Open, choppy, etc
5)Atmosphere of the facility? Inviting, colorful, decorative?
6)Was their signage? Was the signage easy to understand and helpful?
7)Did the staff wear uniforms? Were they easily identifiable?
8)What did you like about the experience?
9)What would you change or recommend the facility improve?
