If it does not, reflect on these qualities and rewrite the vision from your perspective as the leader of the organization. Once the vision is sufficiently developed, prepare a powerpoint presentation designed to communicate the vision, enlist the support of others for the vision, generate excitement, and capture it through not only words, but also pictures—as the old adage goes, “A picture is worth a thousand words!” Include at least one slide of how you, as a leader (or potential leader), see yourself interfacing with others to achieve the identified vision of the organization.
