Gangs often engage in in acts related to use of force and unlawful behavior. Their collectivism is to cause harm to the locals. Gangs cause harm to the civic society unlike physicians. Physicians are bonded by educational training and union groups that represent its members. They sign an oath to protect human life unlike the gangs. Physicians are protected by the law in their practices and can sue in the court of law.
