Prior to that, the patient was warmly welcomed by the receptionist and directed to the nurse on duty. He was offered water and hi vital signs taken as he was waiting for service provision. The patient felt comfortable and open and even expressed gratitude based on the treatment he received. These element amount to empathy and courteous which are all key in nursing care provision.

Let the patient stand in between the walker, move the walker to desired direction and walk through it.

c. An obese teenager who needs weight counseling:

Discuss the issues of weight and gain insight, explore possible solutions and assist the teen where necessary in choosing the viable weight reduction activity.

d. A new mother who must ambulate after undergoing a cesarean section:

Commence with turning within the bed, then assuming upright position, followed by sitting on te bedside. This should then be graduated to walking within the corridors with the help of  a physiotherapist.
