Executive meetings are meetings held by directors of a company or an organization. These meetings may also involve other people as invited by the board or members who either face disciplinary action or are witnesses. Such members attend such meetings for only a specified period. Executive meetings may be called by either the chairperson or president, secretary or any two directors.

General meetings can take place anytime. A quorum in a general meeting is usually the equivalent number in a committee plus one more member. General meetings are usually called to deal with matters that have risen and require the input of all the members.

Annual General Meetings are meetings that are held annually by organizations. In these meetings, reports from the executive leaders, financial reports, the election of officials, amendments to the Constitution and adoption of a budget for the next year take place. Everyone who is a member of the organization is entitled to attend as well as vote and air out decisions during such meetings.

Committee meetings are held as often as needed by the organization to function with a duration of four months at minimum. The chairperson should chair such meeting and if not present, any member can chair the meeting. Quorum is more than half of the number in the committee
