For the second arrow , its about controlling the humans to reproduce especially those inheritable .It is very wrong ,why? because it violates basic human rights like the right to reproduce. Sometimes scientists are go beyond imaginable study that tend to make the humans afraid about the conclusion. We all know that scientists are only believe in what they saw and what they have study systematically by applying the general principles of science . They tend to forgot our Creator , Who created the universe and us humans. The scientists can have the right to study whatever they want , but this term ? its a big no . You cant judge the person's future by looking in the present , and you can control humans as well. So instead judging ,why not educating the people about to what they have study and gather suggestions about it .
