The first major change incorporated by the corporation is that the giant did not restricted its business to , just offer the best ever known tastes within the different flavors and variety of coffee through its retail outlets but has also started to roasting and marketing the specialty coffee in the world, their competent baristas have a knack at roasting the special blends of coffee, and then brewing them using different advanced methods.

Thus now Starbucks have their own coffee beans manufactured by corporation and sold in packages which made its business grew a lot. Almost each household owns a coffee packet of Starbucks in their house.

The second change incorporated by the company is the expansion of its services, initially Starbucks was only engaged in special beverages but today the most quality food is being provided at Starbucks including deserts , cakes, snacks, soft drinks , milk shakes , tea etc. It is well known for serving food worth the price.
