PART 2
RESPOND TO 2 CLASSMATES
RESPONSE 1:
The internal that can have impact on care research use is the lack of a researcher education, the ability to research the care of patients that are being taking care of by healthcare providers, financial backing, workers attitudes toward patients, the employees working together for the good of the patient care, for example, a patient is fresh from knee surgery and the nurse see's that therapy is not ordered and doe not contact the patient physician to clarify or update the care of the patient,
Some external factors are not being compliant or following Doctor orders, no family support, insurance companies denying care, loss of job, and people opinions, External factors can be detrimental to patients both physical and mental.
I believe the biggest impact internally is the care & treatment that patients receive from the healthcare team is and the biggest external impact is financial issues. When this happens patients can not pay for medical treatments, medicines, etc.
Patients need and are taking more control in their lives by doing their own research while not depending on others to do the research for them. This is due to them wanting to be more aware and get more knowledge of the disease that may be ailing them at the present time
RESPONSE2:
Every organization has its own culture. Almost everything that affects an organization's ability to compete and respond successfully to changes in the external environment – ultimately, the organization's success or failure – is an aspect of that culture. The internal factors determine how the organization moves forward, both as a self-contained organizational entity and in response to its external environment. Internal Factors: Misson, Answering these fundamental questions describes an organization's mission. A successful organization has a clear sense of its ultimate purpose and knows how it intends to fulfill that purpose. Internal Factors: Leadership, Often the way they do that most persuasively is by example. After 30 years of brutal and isolating imprisonment, Nelson Mandela returned to South Africa to lead the country. It would have been understandable if upon gaining power Mandela had retaliated for the brutality of South Africa's Apartheid regime. Internal Factors: Communication, Internal Factors: Organizational Structure, Internal Factor: Learning. External Factors Affecting an Organization, External factors that affect an organization may be political, economic, social or technological. The same internal factors that lead to an organization's success inevitably characterize that organization's relationship to the external environment in these broad areas. (Gleeson, March 11, 2019)
An organization with a clear sense of mission, for example, can explain itself better to the world and can align itself with the positive elements in each area. (Gleeson, March 11, 2019)
I believe that Internal Factors like Organization Structure a the biggest influence. The reason why I believe that because employee’s within the organization.
