3.I have realized that in most situation i ended up using both defense mechanism hand in hand basically my problem is that sometimes i cannot be honest on what i truly feel be it i hate something or like someone so i sometimes ended up using Reaction formation and then after a couple of minutes realizing i am being not honest and so i'll start with undoing trying to resolve the conflict I did in the first place to stop being guilty.

Step-by-step explanation

The definitions i have provided are pretty easy to understand with the answers on number 2 and 3 those are personal answers feel free to use it or create your own. for the number 2 the situations usually happened when someone asked me about my feelings can be about a situation,a thing or a person and due to embarrassment or my Pride i will end u not telling how i truly feel which sometimes lead to someone getting hurt and later on because of guilt i will be trying to do something for that person to make them feel better .
