Section 1: To include a brief description on what is the legislation / policy to be analyzed through this paper. Describe what it covers and what it seeks to achieve

Section 2 should include the problem statement i.e. the problem/ issue to be addressed by the legislation. Clearly outline the problem.

Section 3 is describing the groups mostly affected by the problem and how they have been affected. This helps to cement the need to address the problem and the justification of its importance. In this case it could be how countries who produce Marijuana have been forced or made to change their marketing strategies to adhere to set laws and impact of these laws on livelihoods.

Section 4 is the history of the legislation/ policy to be analyzed.

This gives the reader a comprehensive background information on the policy/ legislation to be analyzed this information includes how the legislation came about and what prompted it .

section 5 is to show whether the legislation/ policy has been effective in addressing the problem. Draw form evidence such as publications of impact of such legislation, news articles and such sources to provide evidence of effectiveness or lack of it.

Section 6 is where the paper can now address if there are other non- legislative or free market solution that could have been instituted to address the problem.

In this section you will also be providing literature of other ways that possibly could have worked to address the issue. It could be ways that have been used in other regions or countries and worked or proposed ways that could have worked to deal with the issue.

section 7 address the future of the legislation or policy i.e. possible improvements that are to be instituted or proposed to better address the issue.
