As a global workforce, companies have adapt into utilizing of different online platforms to conduct such meetings, discussions, trainings and seminars virtually since it cannot be done physically. Operations were modified also because of border restrictions that created a barrier into distribution department. For the safety of everyone, employees were also forced to work at home so they'll remain safe and still be able to contribute to the growth of the company.
