The company has more than 1.5 million employees worldwide. The company's brand is worth 30 billion dollars, making it one of the most valuable brands in the technology industry. The company was ranked position 5 in the 2015 Fortune 500 list (Schoemaker, Heaton & Teece, 2018). The company's success is linked to its mission and vision and its strategic approach to globalization and technology in its operations. The company's sustainable management approaches have helped it create a competitive advantage against its competitors. The company has succeeded in the implementation of the P-O-L-C Framework in its management system. Planning, organizing, leadership, and controlling techniques are evident from the company's vision and mission.
