Dave is mainly focusing on the resources and requirements gathering for improving the business growth and developing the software applications with suitable technology stack in the tech-market, like hardware and software which supports the organization applications. Maintaining the equipment arrangements for the organization. Most important this is securing the organization data and customers sensitive information with using secured storage databases and plan for perfect disaster management back plan to sustain the organization in critical situation. Updating the security firewall system and keep conducting the drills and training for proving awareness to the organization staff. Monitoring and engaging work progress and development to deliver the product on time and keep available to customers as early as possible.

Reddy is mainly focusing on arranging the funds and interacting with the investors and promoting to them.
