Lean construction is a process by which a project has been delivered maximizing the value while minimizing the waste. Each stakeholders plays a vital role in doing this method.

A. Designer: The designer should ensure that his designs are in accordance with the codes and standards; ensuring that the contractor properly implemented what the he designs in the drawing and stated in the specifications

B. Contractor: The design should be properly implemented on site; ensuring that the project meets the satisfaction of the client; the project should be within the budget and not exceed the schedule; do punchlisting; monitor the close-out of the project

C. Client: This plays an important role in every project since the client is the one who initiate the project; he needs to pay the contract with what is stated in the contract
