A recent case of a police beating a music producer in France is unethical. The video that has circulated for the last 24hpurs shows how police can be brutal and infringe people's human rights. The subject is beaten and sustains injuries and funny enough the law enforcers walk freely without any guilt. Such practices need to be addressed and advocacy done to ensure such acts are not evident in future again. Also responsible bodies, government or state departments should come with ways, policies and laws to stop this vice. This case is similar to the case where a man was strangled in US by an American police in the streets. The use of excessive force against innocent individuals by the law enforcers is a trending issue that requires quick action. The latest case ked to the campaign which were named black live matters' since most victims in this cases are blacks.

Racism and police brutality in America journal by Chaney & Robertson (2013)can be used as a case study for this study on police brutality. The article highlights on the reason and factors that lead to this vice. The scholar brings in the sense of valuing others rights and freedom.
