Ayesha is affected by the personality of openness. She has a closedness to experience personality. She is closed to new happenings and experiences, she makes decisions based on past experiences. She is more likely to face creativity and innovation challenges as she is more oftenly influenced by past experiences meaning she aint open yo new challenges and trials.
