1.Delivery service- because based on our experience from mcdonalds when the food gets to your doorstep the food is not that hot or the quality of the food is not there anymore unlike what we experience when we eat our food at the restaurant,may idea is to have a delivery truck with a mini kitchen in it just what we see in the restaurant.With that you get to have your order at your doorstep the quality is still there it will be served to you hot.

2.Counter transaction-we all experience this long line in the fastfood restaurant right and it is taking most of our time,its a hussle if your break is only one hour,the idea is to have a tab to place all your orders and to have a billing card where you can load it and place it in the machine for payment.its gonna be cashless and safe and fast.

3.Another problem is the Bussing of tables,it leads to a slow table turnover,you have to wait before you can seat and eat your food.The idea is to buss your own table. Its gonna be less time consuming on calling a buss boy to bus the table and wait for it to be clean unlike the first customer will buss it for you and so on.
