Most suitable type of study is the Methodological paradigm is the research paradigm since the study is done to investigate the impact of termination of banking sector employee. Thus it is prudent to go through the various steps/ways in the study , hence a methodological study would be helpful in determination of the impact because it's study is done step by step.

Narrative approach can be studied through qualitative approach as it is the suitable approach. From the experience of banking employee post termination must be understood and these can be done through hearing them through them narrating in a sequence to bring out facts easily.
