Hello, I am requesting some help in my assignment that needs to be completed by Feb 15th 8pm In Eastern Canada, I have attached the current project I have been working on but have been unable to get working correctly. The assignment has to be done using linux, and demonstrated on a STM32F3 discovery board that uses a Cortex M4 Processor, I need guidence on what I'm doing wrong in my C and Assembly code, currently I was able to get one light to blink, but keep getting stuck in an infinite loop. The assignment requirements are attached.
