In this research I want to know why energy-efficient building choices are often overlooked as opposed to a standard building. This research also aims answer one of the biggest questions, what are the actual barriers and drivers for sustainable buildings? and related questions, such as compared to standard building, if sustainable design technologies are implemented, what's the budget difference in construction? A literature review, and case studies are presented to address these questions, and more, therefore I need to conduct more searches that contribute to the study in the area of what intelligent development and strategies are being done to make building energy efficient and minimize their impact on the environment.
