Explicitly and specifically interprets support and explains the significance of examples to show how they backup topic sentences and thesis: illustrates the thinking process use to connect the evidence to claims, and thus directly demonstrating critical thinking skills. (What is their significance to claim/topic sentence? How do the examples support argument?)

One program where training and workshops can take place on campus is in Australia and New Zealand.  The Sex, Safety and Respect progam in 2018 was commisioned by the Full Stop Foundation to train staff facilitators in December of that year. The Full Stop Foundation has an extensive background in working with people who have experienced sexual violence, and this was one of the program recommended in the Austrialian Human Rights Commision's reveiw (McCall et al. 54). The University of Newcastle wanted to deliver student workshops in house rather than outsourcing and sought interest from staff to be trained to run workshops. The initial training offered 20 places and invited staff were asked to submit Expressions of Interest. Staff who applied to be trained ranged from Counselling and Student Support team, and Student living Support, academic staff and other people who related in the area. These are the kinds of campus programs that need to take place to teach the appropriate language of sexual abuses in the USA and countries around the world.
