PROJECT STEPS

1.

You are an assistant at Backstage Tours, a company in Los Angeles, California,

that conducts tours of movie studios and provides screenings of soon-to-be-

released movies. Beverly Spires, the managing director, created a workbook to

automate customer invoices, and then shared the workbook with her staff for

their review. She asked for your help consolidating the staff’s changes and

comments into her original workbook. She already received feedback from

Mauro Rosales, and now needs to include changes and comments from Laura

Neale and John Malina. She also wants you to prepare the workbook for her final

review.

Use the

Compare and Merge Workbooks

feature to include comments and

changes from reviewers

as follows:

a.

Merge the

Support_NP_EX16_12b_Neale.xlsx

workbook, available from

the SAM website, into the

NP_EX16_12b_

FirstLastName

_2.xlsx

workbook.

b.

Merge the

Support_NP_EX16_12b_Malina.xlsx

workbook, available

from the SAM website, into the

NP_EX16_12b_

FirstLastName

_2.xlsx

workbook.

2.

Switch to the

Invoice

worksheet. Begin to review the comments in the

workbook. Respond to the comment from John Malina in cell F3 as follows:
