The best methods of evaluating evidence are through the deployment of the quantitative method and qualitative method. There are few differences between these two methodologies of gathering information from a research study.
1. One of the key differences comes in terms of conceptual where in qualitative research it is mainly concerned with getting to understand humankind behavior from the informant's way and perspective while in quantitative research the conceptual perspective focuses on getting the clear and better understanding on the facts of the social phenomena.
2. Another key difference between the two is based on the methodological way of collection of data whereby in qualitative research data is collected through the participants' observation and making of interviews while in quantitative research the methodology that is used in the collection of data is done through the measuring of things in the environment that is being researched about.
3. There are other differences quantitative and qualitative methods of evaluating evidence. For instance, in qualitative one can use the term nonnumerical to mean to the data that is collected and analyzed such as language.
4. Also, there are other terms like grounded theory that are used in the qualitative research to mean the thematic analysis of the data which is effective. On the other side, quantitative analysis majorly involves the using of the terms such numerical to mean that the data that is collected and analyzed can be grouped and represented on the graph for more analysis.
