Therefore, it would be able to detect the shortcoming of a system and correct them to improve its efficiency. Also, the model model emphasizes interaction, as the customers, developers and testers work together throughout the project; thus, collaboration will be enhanced reducing chances of errors. However, the project can head the wrong way if the customer is not clear on the direction he or she wants to go.
