The growth mindset indicates that effort plays a more significant role in enhancing innovation than developing a mindset (Paynter p.33). Educators should encourage enhancing of talents since it provides long-lasting solutions to the world economy. |

Teachers should apply the concept of the Talent Aptitude Survey to determine which areas an educator should concentrate on in encouraging students to improve their talents. Parents play a critical role in supporting educators in revealing a student's talent, as noted from their homes (Paynter p. 47). |
The best strategy to support talents at schools is through a talent development mindset. Talent is the leading solution to encourage innovation (Paynter p. 42). Assessment (product) How students demonstrate their learning. |
The students’ assessments should involve pre-assessment through the Talent Aptitude Survey, which involves students' level of performance and psychological constructs that might hinder students from achieving their talent goals (Paynter p.43). Additionally, the formative assessment should also enable educators to determine areas of improvement. |
The assessment should encourage students to be future innovators and not consumers of the current innovation (Paynter. P 32). The formative assessment should evaluate students in the group project and discussion within the classroom setting. |
For educators to achieve the desired goals in enhancing talent, the students should incorporate parents' views on how their students behave at home. IEPs should be introduced to students at an early age to ensure comprehensive monitoring and coaching of talents among students. |
