Feudal class system Was a social system that was dominant in early days of Europe that consisted of three classes; the lords, the merchants and the peasants or farmers. In this system, the lords dominated and took lands from the monarchs and in return they enjoyed the protection by the army. The slaves on the other hand served as tenants to the lords. The farmers were the producers and were to give part of their produce in exchange for army protection.

Capitalist class system is the system in which private owners control trade and industry for the purpose of profits.

While the circumstances have changed, this is the same scenario we are observing in the modern world. It is the same ideology also described in the Neo-Marxism where there is division of labor and power relations brings about the feudal and capitalist class relations. However, we can say that the feudal system gave way to the modern capitalism.
