4.3×10-6 is between which two numbers?

  1×10-7 and  1×10-8
  1×10-6 and 1×10-7
  1×10-5 and 1×10-6
  1×10-4 and 1×10-5

I don't understand this because 4.3 is already greater than 1 so how can it between those integers? So if I multiply 4.3 x 10-6 I get .0000043.

Everything else multipled out is:

1×10-7 (.0000001 & .00000001) 1×10-8
1×10-6 (.000001 & .000001) 1×10-7
1×10-5 (.00001 & .000001) 1×10-6
1×10-4 (.0001 & .00001) 1×10-5

My guess would be that the answer would be 1×10-6 and 1×10-7 but I think I'm overthinking this problem and completely butchering it. Any help would be great!
