The given table in the question seems have an error in the predecessor column. The predecessor task cannot be the same as the current task. By logic, predecessor to Task B must be Task A and all other predecessors must be shifted one row below what they are being shown. The corrected table is as under:

Forward pass results in the numbers shown as Early Start and Early Finish in the top row of each node besides the task ID. Early start is 0 for first task and early finish = duration + early start.
