The negative impact of using mobile for work is there are chances of disruption in workflow and work life balance is compromised. Open source software can be described as software that is developed by various programmers and is available for anyone to use and modify it according to their needs. On the other hand, Proprietary software is created by an individual or organization and can only be modified by them the owners hold the intellectual property rights of the source code of such software. Open source software is usually free of cost and can be modified according to their needs; whereas Proprietary software are designed specifically for a particular task and there is increased security. Software as a service allows its users to connect and use cloud-based apps over internet and provides complete software solutions for example Email, Microsoft Office tools, etc. (Khillar, 2018) Artificial intelligence has been a key factor in transforming health care sector by discovering links between genetic codes to powering surgical robots and this has enhanced the efficiency of the hospitals.
