Patient is a 25 years old female with multiple complaint of burning sensation when urinating which started 3 days ago after she had unprotected sex. She also noticed increase urination with vaginal discharge. There were rash noted on her thigh and legs. Based on the Clinical assessment and physical findings which include mucopurulent vaginal discharge, increase frequency in urination and dysuria, history of multiple sexual partners with unprotected sex, and history of past urinary tract infection. patient diagnosis will include sexually transmitted disease such as cervicitis, urinary tract infection, bacteria vaginosis and candida vaginitis.
