i) Employees - As a top level management , I need to be keep the  employees engaged  by incorporating proper reward and recognition policies and other employee engagement activities like off site tours etc and doing an employee satisfaction survey .

ii) Customers - peparing sales , ,marketing strategy by keeping the customers in mind and offering them good and deals as afterall customer satisfaction is the key to a successful business

iii) Creditors - As they are the suppliers , so maintaining a good relationship with them is the key to a successful business . So making timely payment , can satisfy the creditors as well
