I believe the right option is "offices you have held in any club" because it will help you when you are applying. If they read that you are an officer in any clubs during your high school or college days they will then say that you were active and that you had leadership during those times. It will give you advantage when you have experiences in becoming an officer in your clubs.

The option "good references about your gaming skill" is surely not the answer since ot is not necessary to include that in your resume.
